The Crea family had operated a small, but successful wine store in suburban Melbourne for about 15 years. Inheriting their name on purchase of the store, Altona Wine & Spirit Merchants were well known to their regular clients - and almost invisible to the rest of the suburb. The external facade of the store was a little the worse for wear and needed a facelift. Inside the store however, the commitment and passion of the family owners was clearly evident with wonderful wines from around the globe, boutique beers and an exceptional range of spirits.
